1. What is the installation location?
Installations are typically done on the side of your home—commonly just past the side gate, near the hot water system, or inside the garage. Our plumber will confirm the most suitable location with you on the day of installation.
2. Would the home water pressure be lowered?
We size and recommend the right setup based on your usage, and nearly all of our customers experience no noticeable pressure drop after installation. The 3 pressure gauges monitor flow at each stage — so you always know your system is working efficiently.
3. Is a bypass included?
Yes, all our installations include a bypass. This allows you to shut off flow to the filters for maintenance or replacement while still keeping water running through your home.
